Body Sculpting, Massage & Skincare Services

Appointment booking

Scheduling

All all appointments must be scheduled in advance via phone, online booking system, or in person

Same day appointments are subject to availability

We recommend booking Body Sculpting sessions at least 48 hours in advance

Package treatments should be scheduled within the recommended time frame for optimal results

Client information

Complete contact information is required for all bookings

First time clients must arrive 15 minutes early to complete intake forms

Medical history and contraindication forms must be completed before the treatment

Valid ID may be required for verification

Cancellations and rescheduling policy

Standard policy

24-hour notice required for all cancellations and reschedules

Package treatments

Body Sculpting package 48 hour cancellation notice required

Package sessions that are no shows are late cancellations may result in forfeiture of that session

Rescheduling

One complimentary reschedule per appointment with proper notice

Additional reschedules may occur a $25 administrative fee

We make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests

Payment policy

Cash, check, credit debit cards and digital payments accepted

Payment is required at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made

Package payments must be paid in full at the time of purchase

Refunds services are non-refundable ones rendered

Gift certificates are non-refundable but transferable

Health and health and safety requirements

Client health screening

Complete health intake forms required before first treatment

Notify us of any changes in health conditions medications or pregnancy

Some conditions may contraindicate certain treatments

Physician clearance may be required for specific medical conditions

Body Sculpting specific requirements

Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women

BMI and other health factors may affect treatment eligibility

Post treatment care instructions must be followed

Multiple sessions may be required for optimal results

Massage and skin care requirements

Arrive clean and freshly showered when possible

Remove jewelry and contact lenses if needed

Inform therapist of any allergies or sensitivities

Communicate comfort levels and pressure preferences during treatment

Late arrival policy

Standard policy

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule

Late arrivals will result in shortened treatment time

Full payment is required regardless of shortened service time

Repeat did late arrivals may result in appointment restrictions

Considerations

We understand the delays happen and will accommodate when possible please call if you're running late other clients appointments cannot be delayed due to late arrivals

Hygiene and conduct standards maintain appropriate

Respectful communications with all staff members

Follow all the facility rules and safety guidelines

All equipment is sanitized between clients

License and certified professionals only

Clean and professional environment maintained at all times

Package and membership term

Package policies

Package is expired 12 months from the purchase date non-transferable unless especially noted cannot be combined with other offers unless specified partial packages cannot be refunded after 30 days

Membership terms

Monthly membership required 30-day written notice for cancellation

Unused monthly sessions do not roll over

Membership rates are locked in for initial contract.

Membership privileges are non-transferable

Privacy and confidentiality

All client information is kept strictly confidential medical information is protected under privacy laws photography video requires written consent professional boundaries are maintained at all times

Communication

All appointment reminders must be sent via text or email marketing communications can be opted out at any time emergency contact information should be provided and kept current

Special circumstances

Weather and emergency

Severe weather may result in appointment cancellations without penalty emergency situations will be handled Case by case make up appointments will be scheduled as soon as possible

Pregnancy and medical changes

Notify us immediately a pregnancy or significant health changes some treatments may need to be modified or discontinued physicians clearance may be required to resume treatments

Consent and liability

Treatment consent informed consent is required for all treatments clients acknowledge the understanding of potential risks and benefits the right to stop treatment at any time post treatment care instructions must be followed

Liability

Clients assume responsibility for following pre and post treatment instructions the facility is not liable for reactions due to undisclosed medical conditions professional liability insurance is maintained by the facility

Policy updates

This policy is subject to change and updates will be communicated via email website posting or in person notification continued booking of appointments constitutes acceptance of current policies last updated September for 2025
